How do you know if the height adjustment range for a particular electric table or adjustable standing desk is sufficient for you?
You can find out by measuring the optimal height for both your sitting position and your standing position. The most ergonomically optimal height is achieved by measuring the height from the floor to your elbow when your hand is at an angle of about 90 degrees. When the optimal heights for your sitting and standing position are within the adjustable table or level adjustment range, the product is for you. The height of the table below must be added to the heights of the standing worktops placed on the table in order for the total height of the level from the floor to be clear. If you are only purchasing an electrically adjustable table frame, be sure to add the thickness of the desktop to be attached to the frame height adjustment interval.
